Your privacy is important to us at Pretty Pink Posh. We will never share any personal information about you to any third parties. We only collect information that you provide us through the ordering process for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
I need to return an item. How can I do this?
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately and it will be replaced at no charge. You may be asked to provide a photo of the defective product, or to return it at our expense.
We offer a 14 day return policy on unopened, unused products purchased from our site. We will extend a refund once you return the product to us. We cannot offer a shipping credit on returned merchandise. Please contact us if you would like to return merchandise.
I accidentally ordered an item twice. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we can give you information on how to return the duplicate item.
